<p>The method involves connecting two half-shells (23, 24) together by a joint or an intermediate part. The half-shells are molded by injection in a same injection mold in respective zones. The half-shells are transferred towards a central zone of the mold, and assembled in a central zone by over molding the joint or by a mechanical connection. The half shell (23) is transferred by rotation outside from an axis (A) of the mold, before extracting a finished part (26) out of the mold. The half-shell (24) is transferred from an offset molding zone towards the central zone. An independent claim is also included for a device of molding parts by injection with integrated assembly.</p> |
