Composition (Q) comprises at least one pyridine-2-carboxylic acid compound (I) or its salt, or a herbicidally active derivative of carboxylic acid group; and at least one safener, which is e.g. a compound from heterocyclic carboxylic acid derivative comprising mefenpyr-diethyl, a compound from 8-quinolinyloxy derivative comprising cloquintocet-mexyl, an active agent from dichloroacetamide comprising dichlormid, and a compound from the class of acylsulfonamide comprising 1-[4-(N-2-methoxybenzoylsulfamoyl)phenyl]-3-methyl urea.
