The coil (10b) has a coil body (12) for winding the cutting unit (19). The coil body has an opening (16) for receiving one end of the cutting unit, where the opening is formed as a cylindrical opening or a slot. The coil body is penetrated by the slotted opening in the radial direction. The coil body has multiple segments (18) which jointly form an outer contour for receiving a winding of the cutting unit.
