PURPOSE: A cooling pin inserting apparatus for a cooling device is provided to rapidly insert a cooling pin into an insertion groove of a jig. CONSTITUTION: A cooling pin inserting apparatus for a cooling device comprises a plurality of side plates(2), a cooling pin load stock(4), a transferring part(6), a cooling pin insertion units(8), and a controller(10). The side plates are fixed by a fixing part at a regular interval. A plurality of cooling pins(100) is stacked on the cooling pin load stock. A tip-end part of the cooling pin load stock is fixed to the side plate. The transferring part transfers the cooling pin load stock along a jig(200). When the transferring part transfers the load stock, the cooling pin insertion part inserts the bottom portion of the cooling pin of the load stock in the insertion hole of a jig pin(210). The controller controls the operation of the cooling pin insertion part and the transferring part. |
