<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a foaming body whose hardness is wholly uniform, and to mold the foaming body having an undercut shape. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cavity is defined by: a base mold 10; a foaming body mold 30; and a first slide core mold part 40 and a second slide core mold part 50 facing side parts of the foaming body mold 30 intersecting the opening and closing direction in a space between the base mold 10 and the foaming body mold 30. After a foaming raw material is injected into the cavity, when a skin layer S is formed outside the foaming raw material, the foaming body mold 30 is opened, and each of the slide core mold parts 40 and 50 is moved in the directions separated from the base mold 10.
