<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stolen goods determining system capable of easily finding a stolen navigation apparatus, while the stolen navigation apparatus cannot be normally operated even if it is used in the other vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: Model information for indicating a model of the navigation apparatus 20 and serial number information capable of specifying the navigation apparatus 20 are acquired by an acquiring unit 11, then stolen model information indicating the model of the stolen navigation apparatus and stolen serial number information capable of specifying the stolen navigation apparatus are received by a reception unit 12 via a vehicle mounted ETC device 30 from an external theft information service center 100. Information acquired by the acquiring unit 11 and theft information received by the reception unit 12 are verified by a verifying unit 13, then stolen goods information indicating that the stolen goods are detected is notified to a previously determined notification destination via the vehicle mounted ETC device 30 by a notifying unit 14 when a verification result is matched, while an operation of the navigation apparatus 20 is made to be an impossible state by an operation control unit 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
