<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device for improving visibility of a liquid crystal display device and properly accepting simultaneous input at many points on a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel 13 having a matrix electrode 23 formed therein is built in a color filter substrate 14.
