PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling coil winding method shortening tact time for forming a coupling coil to which a plurality of coils are coupled through a jumper wire and to provide a coupling coil winding device. SOLUTION: The coupling coil winding method for forming the coupling coil to which a plurality of the coils are coupled through the jumper wire is provided with a winding process for forming the coil by winding a wire 2 to a core 3 engaged to a guide rail unit 20 which turns by a spindle machine 11 and a moving process for moving the core 3 in a direction orthogonal to a winding center axis of the coil 5 along the guide rail unit 20 are repetitively performed.
