<p>Disclosed is a display device comprising a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix shape, and photoelectric elements disposed individually at the pixels for outputting signals at values corresponding to the light reception quantities. If the photoelectric elements arrayed in a one-dimensional direction are defined as a photoelectric element group ((PDs(n)), a resetting line (Vrts(n+1)) connected commonly with the anode-side electrodes of the individual photoelectric elements of the photoelectric element group ((PDs(n)) is shared by an adjoining photoelectric element group ((PDs(n+1)). Thus, the display device is not influenced by a resolution or the capacity of an output (AMP) but has the pixels contained in an optical sensor capable of preventing the drop of the aperture ratio of the pixels.</p> |
