PURPOSE: A sheet for thermocompression bonding is provided to increase physical coherence and chemical coherence between a Teflon layer and a silicon layer by arranging a primer layer between the Teflon layer and the silicon layer. CONSTITUTION: A sheet(100) for thermocompression bonding comprises: a Teflon layer(10) in which one side is plasma-processed and corona-processed after a sanding process; a primer layer(20) which is formed on one side of the Teflon layer passing through the plasma process and the corona process; and a silicon layer(30) which is formed on the surface of the primer layer. The primer layer includes butyl acrylate(BA), methylmethacrylate(MMA), glycidyl methacrylate(GMA), methacryloxypropyltri methoxy, normal dodecyl mercaptan, ethanol, and azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN).
