<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling and exhausting opening which certainly prevents medicaments from being given to a patient without mixing the medicaments in a medical container which can hold two or more medicaments by engaged mixture. <P>SOLUTION: A filling and exhausting opening 10 comprises a port cap 20, a stopper 40 slidably inserted into the port cap 20, and a stopper cap 50 attached on the front edge of the stopper 40 detachably. This filling and exhausting opening 10 is prepared in a liquid medication holding chamber 563 (a second medicament holding chamber) of a container body 560 partitioned into a first medicament holding chamber 562 and a second medicament holding chamber 563 through a partition section 561. The stopper 40 can slide from a closed position to a discharge position by pressing this container body 560 from outside and increasing the internal pressure of a chamber.
