SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SWITCHING CALL BY CALL QUALITY

PURPOSE: If voice quality of a specific call is deteriorated, a call conversion method according to the voice quality in a mobile communication network and a system thereof are provided to keep the voice quality between an originator and a receiver by converting the call to a packet switching network. CONSTITUTION: A circuit switching system opens a circuit-based first communication path based on a circuit between an originator and a receiver(S201). The circuit switching system monitors voice quality into the first communication path. According to deterioration of voice quality, the circuit switching system transmits a call forwarding request to a packet switching network(S203~S207). The packet switching network cancels the first communication path between the originator and the receiver(S219). The packet switching system opens a packet-based second communication path(S221).
