An orthopedic hinge consists of a body with a groove and with a cover, rounded gear sector with the immovable terminator installed on the first axis of the body and a clamp. The lock lever which is made in the formof a plate with the support is in addition installed on the second axis of the body. On the end of a plate of the lock lever the control button is fixed.On a lateral face of the plate of the lock lever the groove is made.
