PURPOSE: A damping device for a clutch is provided to prevent vibration or noise of a driving system by securing the maximum damping distance of a clutch. CONSTITUTION: A damping device for a clutch comprises plates(10,11), a hub plate(22), and a damping portion. The plate is installed at the center of a clutch disk(12). The hub plate is coupled with an input shaft(20) of a transmission. The damping portion is connected between the hub plate and the plate. The damping portion comprises a directional rail(30), a guide rail(32), a pivot(34), and an elastic spring. The directional rail is formed on the front side of the plate to gradually reduce the distance to the center. The guide rail is radially formed at the center of the hub plate.
