A method for producing thermo-electric material p-PbTe comprises the loading of starting substance into quarts vacuum ampoule, which is placed into furnace, which temperature is higher melting temperature of starting components, ampoule is soaked at this temperature, homogenizing annealing is carried out and is cooled on air to room temperature, after that obtained ingots are grinded and pressing is carried out. Lead (Pb) and tellurium (Te) high cleanliness level (99.999 %) are used as starting components, which in the weight ratio correspond to compound PbTe, and also alloying element – thallium to 0.2 at. %. is used as starting component. |
