PURPOSE: A round dispensing device for manufacturing camera module, a camera module test apparatus comprising the same, and a round dispensing method using the same are provided, which move a dispenser from x-axis or y-axis direction based on position data of the camera module through the vision camera, and control the location of a needle more conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A dispensing unit(120) comprises a dispenser(128) and a vision camera(131). A needle(129) is installed to a dispenser. The vision camera gets position data of a camera module(1). The needle sprays an adhesive. A lifting block(115) lifts a material mounting block(160). The lifting block separates the material safe arrival block from a transfer unit. In the separated state, a round dispensing device(100) sprays an adhesive through the needle while revolving the lifting block.
