<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearing article for urine treatment, capable of preventing the leakage of urine. <P>SOLUTION: The wearing article 1 for the urine treatment includes an absorptive pad 60 at the lower part in the thickness direction R of a urine collecting container part 102 and a leakproof sheet 61 interposed between the urine collecting container part 102 and the pad 60, and leakproof banks 136 are provided on both sides of the dust collecting container part 102 respectively. The pad 60 includes a liquid absorptive core material 64, and a liquid permeable inner surface sheet 62 for covering the core material 64.
