An exhaust gas processing device is configured such that a front projection (44) and a rear projection (46) are formed on a filter mounting tube body (37) and that engaging grooves (47) in which gaskets (42) engage are respectively formed in the outer peripheral surfaces (44A, 46A) of the front and rear projections (44, 46). The gaskets (42) can be engaged in the engaging grooves (47) in the projections (44, 46) by fitting the gaskets (42) over the projections (44, 46). The structure prevents the gaskets (42) from coming out of position when the filter mounting tube body (37) is mounted and removed, and this facilitates, for example, inspection and cleaning of an incorporated filter (41) for removing particulate matter. |
