Heating the first contact up generates a voltage on a pair of electrical connections. Applying a voltage to the pair of electrical connections according to each of their polarities cools or heats the first contact surface. Generated on the pair of electrical connections on a Peltier (09) element, a voltage is fed into the actuator or into a storage device.
