<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile bodies to allow the relative movement of the mobile bodies to be easy/difficult with a simple operation, and to provide movement-restricting structures, a position-adjusting mechanism, and a laundry hanger. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mobile bodies 10 are supported by rod shape bodies 43, so as to be relatively movable in the longitudinal direction of the rod shape bodies 43. Respective operation levers 11 are supported by cylindrical bodies 14, so as to be rockable in right and left directions as shown in the figure with projections 113 loosely fitted to loose fitting holes 142 as centers. Since the hole edges of through-holes 13, 13 of the inclined operation levers 11, 11 strongly abut on the rod shape bodies 43 as shown in the figure by the urging of coil springs 12, the relative movement of the mobile bodies 10 is restricted. When a user pinches operation parts 111, 111 in the opposite direction of a white arrow direction and adds external force overcoming the urging force of the coil springs 12, the operation levers 11, 11 are arranged in mutually substantially parallel longitudinal attitudes. In this case, the hole edges of the through-holes 13, 13 are separated from the rod shape bodies 43, thereby releasing the restriction of the relative movement in the mobile bodies 10.
