<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a belt for electrophotography, which does not cause bite at an electrophotographic photoreceptor, and hardly causes blur and color bleeding of an obtained image and shift of the image. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the belt for electrophotography including base material composed of thermoplastic resin composition and a surface layer includes: (1) a step of forming a coating film formed by a coating liquid for forming a surface layer that contains at least one of ultraviolet curing monomer and ultraviolet curing oligomer, and conductive filler and solvent; and (2) a step of forming the surface layer by irradiating the coating film with ultraviolet rays. The step (2) includes a step of irradiating the coating film in a state that a ratio of the solvent contained in the coating film to the coating film is equal to or above 20 mass% and under 50 mass% with the ultraviolet rays. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
