<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in rolling a conventional mat for hot water floor heating, that rolled ends are expanded as stress of rolling end sections is not completely absorbed as intervals of expanding slots are too large at upper and lower end sections of a base board, as the expanding slots are arranged in parallel along a straight section of a radiation pipe laying groove, and formed on the base board transverse longitudinally. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The expanding slots 4 are branched near turning sections of the radiation pipe 13 to subdivide clearances respectively between the expanding slots at the upper and lower end sections of the base board 1, thus flexion of the rolling end sections of the upper and lower end sections of the base board is promoted by the branched slots 4B of the expanding slots, and the stress is sensitively absorbed to prevent expanding of the rolled end sections.
