PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device to be used for controlling or the like of various electronic units mainly inside an automobile, in which an electric connection/disconnection of switching contacts is surely carried out and operational durability is excellent. SOLUTION: In the switch device 30 excellent in operational durability, a supporting part 21D is provided around a periphery of a pushing part 21C of a lower part of an operation part 21A upward from an end part of the pushing part 21A, and the supporting part 21D is formed so as to contact with an upper face of a membrane switch 2 after a first switch contact 2F of the membrane switch 2 is closed and as a result an upper sheet 2A and a lower sheet 2C are bent gently in a wide range to make plastic deformation and damage of the upper and lower sheets 2A, 2C hard to take place, and the electric connection/disconnection of the first and the second switch contacts 2F, 6B are surely carried out in a simple structure.
