<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed silicone molding whose foaming is easily controlled, and which has not only excellent compression performance but also no residual impurities, and reduces the environmental load in the production. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The porous silicone rubber molding having air bubbles is obtained by adding a water-soluble micropowder, a vulcanizing material, a filler, and optionally additives to a silicone rubber material, and kneading the mixture to make a master batch, vulcanizing the master batch, and thereafter removing the water-soluble micropowder.
