PURPOSE: A V-cutting apparatus is provided to prevent a V-shaped groove from being formed in an inaccurate position, and to improve working speed by enabling a user to conveniently use the cutting apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A V-cutting apparatus comprises a support(100), a strip feeder(200), a V-groove forming device(400), a cutting machine(500), and a control unit(600). The support has a support plate(110). The strip feeder supplies a strip(3) to the support plate. The V-groove forming device comprises a guide rail, a cutter, and a drive unit. The guide rail is installed in the support in order to cross the top of the strip. The cutting blade of the cutter forms a V-shaped groove in the top surface of the strip. The drive unit is connected to the cutter, moves the cutter forward and backward. The cutting machine is located in the rear side of the V-groove forming device, and cuts the strip. The control unit is connected to the strip feeder, the V-groove forming device, and the cutting machine. |
