PIXEL SENSOR ARRAY AND IMAGE SENSOR USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A pixel sensor array and an image sensor using the same are provided to reduce the number of lines for a pixel array by sharing a power line and a signal line of the pixel array. CONSTITUTION: A power supply about each pixel is delivered through a column signal line (CL2'). The column signal line is shared with the column signal line for signal transmission. In order that the column signal line and a power supply terminal are connected, a switch (SW) is operated for a section. A floating diffusion node is reset to a power supply level in the section. The column signal line and the power supply terminal is blocked for an operation range of a comparator. In order that a signal wire of the column signal line and the comparator are connected, the switch is operated.
