<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump and a liquid injection device equipped with this tube pump, capable of reducing the size and the thickness without intermitting suction action. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The tube pump 30 includes a buffer member 48 fastened between a tube upstream end part 23a and a tube downstream end part 23b in a fastening part 41. The buffer member 48 is made of an elastic member, and includes a fastened part 49 fastened and fixed by the tube, and a buffer part 60 extended to a radial inner side from the fastened part 49. The buffer part 60 is formed in a plate shape almost identical with the fastened part 49. In the buffer part 60, a plate shaped abutting part 61 and a pressing surface 62 are formed on a side surface which is a side surface of the buffer part 60 and opposite to tube bent parts 45 and 46. The buffer part 60 regulates rapid movement of a pressing roller 57 along a radial direction, and transfers the pressing roller 57 reaching the downstream side to the upstream side.
