<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunvisor device for a construction machinery capable of assuring a sufficient light-shield characteristic against sunlight incoming through side windows or a rear window of a cab. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This sunvisor device 20 for a construction machinery to be fixed to side windows and/or a rear window of a cab 6 includes a flexible light-proof member 21 disposed at a predetermined position of each of the side windows and/or a rear window, an H-shaped sectional rubber 22 for use in fixing the side windows and/or rear window to each of the side surfaces of the cab 6 and/or a frame of the rear surface, fitting grooves disposed at inner surface of the H-shaped sectional rubber 22 facing to the inner surface of the cab 6, a plurality of wedge rubber members to be fitted and inserted into the fitting grooves, a plurality of fixing members 24 to be fitted and inserted into the fitting grooves among the plurality of wedge rubber members, and a holding means for holding the light-proof member 21 to the plurality of fixing members.
