PURPOSE: An ultrasonic cleaner having a folder type water outlet structure is provided to prevent a breakage against an external force which is applied on a water outlet by forming a two-stage pipe joint structure with a hinge. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic cleaner(100) having a folder type water outlet structure comprises: a main body(110) which has a regulating valve which controls a water flow, pressure, switching; and a water outlet(120) which is structured of a two stage pipe joint structure. The water outlet comprises a body unit(128) which is connected to the main body and a head unit(121) which is foldably connected to the main body and sprays filtered water.
