<p>PURPOSE: A resin composition and the surface-treatment steel sheet including thereof are provided to improve the dispersion stability of a graphene while enhancing the conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for a surface-treatment steel sheet contains 10~90 parts of binder resin by weight, 0.01~0.5 parts of graphene by weight, and 9~90 parts solvent by weight. The binder resin is selected form the group consisting of a urethane resin, an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin, an ester resin, and an olefin resin. The graphene is surface treated with more than one hydrophilic functional group. The solvent is selected from the group consisting of water, an alcohol solution, an alkali aqueous solution or their mixture.</p> |
