<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to appropriately read the display contents of a display part when a mobile electronic apparatus is placed on a placement base. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mobile charging system 100 includes: a cellular phone handset 1 provided with a subdisplay 23 for displaying information accompanying the emission of light; and a battery charger 70 which includes a holding part 72 for holding the cellular phone handset 1 and on which the cellular phone handset 1 is placed such that the subdisplay 23 faces the holding part 72. Then, the battery charger 70 includes: a first opening 75 which is formed on the holding part 72 and faces the subdisplay 23 of the placed cellular phone handset 1; a reflecting plate 77 which is provided inside the battery charger 70 so as to face the subdisplay 23 through the first opening 75, for reflecting the light from the subdisplay 23 in a prescribed direction; and a second opening 76 which is formed on a reflection route by the reflecting plate 77 and faces the outside.
