PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a vibration control apparatus allowing the vibration control apparatus to be easily mounted to a skeleton constructed by a framework wall construction method. SOLUTION: A vibration control apparatus embedded body 5 with the vibration control apparatus 1 embedded is arranged between wall bodies 2, 2 constituting the skeleton constructed by the framework wall construction method, and upper ends of the wall bodies 2, 2 and the upper end of the vibration control apparatus embedded body 5 are connected by a head connecting member 30 installed horizontally to upper end faces of the wall bodies 2, 2 and the upper end face of the vibration control apparatus embedded body 5. Since lower ends of the column members 25, 25 are connected to a foundation 4 or a sill 3, the vibration control apparatus 1 can be easily mounted to the skeleton constructed by the framework wall construction method.
