METHOD FOR PREPARING CLOPIDOGREL AND DERIVATIVES THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for preparing clopidogrel derivative is provided to save preparation cost using small amount of enzyme and to massively obtain clopidogrel and derivative thereof. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing (S)-clopidogrel of chemical formula 1, derivative thereof, or salt thereof comprises: a step of hydrolyzing racemic 2-hydrolxy of chemical formula 9 or halo-2-(2-chlorophenyl)acetic acid alkyl ester compound with hydrolase to obtain an optically active compound of chemical formula 10; a step of reacting the optically active compound of chemical formula 10 with a compound of chemical formula 12 or reacting with a compound of chemical formula 12 by activating with a compound of chemical formula 11 in case of X is hydroxyl group to obtain a compound of chemical formula 13; a step of cyclizing the compound of chemical formula 13 with formylating agent under the acid presence.
