<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door stop operated easily only by pushing and pulling a hinged door in a fully opened position, without requiring a stepping operation by a foot or an operation by a hand. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A movable piece 30 is retreated toward a deep side against an energizing spring 45 with a hooking receiver 20 to be pressed onto a backlid 19, when the hinged door is pushed in, the second engaging part 35b is engaged with the first protrusion 55 to incline a plate cam 35, the first engaging part 35a is brought into an inclined state directed toward a cam engaging groove 50b, a cam lever 40 goes down to a height position of a lower stage, in response to the support height of a spindle 29 penetrated through a cam hole 60. Then, the movable piece is returned pushedly by the energizing spring, when the hinged door is pulled back, the first engaging part is engaged with the cam engaging groove to be inclined, the second engaging part abuts on a cam abutting groove 50c, the plate cam is brought into a locked state caught between both groove side walls, to hold fixingly the movable piece, and the hook part of the cam lever riding on the hooking receiver in the midway of moving is engaged with an engaging hole 16 to lock the hinged door, according to the pulling-back of the hinged door, on the other hand.
