<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a placing change-over device and a placing change-over method for tunnel lining concrete, formed preliminarily with one distributor into a long case shape, capable of arranging the distributor in a tunnel, to be used, allowing four or more of distributions, and capable of carrying out smoothly and surely an operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This placing change-over device includes a change-over device body formed into a substantially rectangular-shaped case, a plurality of placing ports provided respectively with a prescribed interval toward longitudinal directions of both right and left side walls, in positions opposed each other in right and left sides, and a branch placing member changed over in the inside of the change-over device body, and movable along the longitudinal direction of the change-over device body. The branch placing member includes a connecting pipe connected to a concrete forcible feed pipe, and right and left branch pipes branched into a substantial Y-shape from a tip of the connecting pipe, and tip ports of the right and left branch pipes can be connected to a pair of placing ports provided in opposed positions.
