An electronic apparatus can operate in two operating modes, namely a "mouse mode" and a "tablet mode".  In the mouse mode, a program is executed according to input to a liquid crystal panel (240) comprising a display-integrated tablet. An operating image of the program generated by executing the program is displayed on a main screen. In the tablet mode, a program is executed according to input to the liquid crystal panel (240). An operating image of the program generated by executing the program is displayed on the liquid crystal panel (240). In a sub-application referred to as "BOOK", history information of electronic books selected for reading on a book viewer up to that point is stored, and a software key for each electronic book is displayed on the liquid crystal panel (240) in an order corresponding to the history information.
