PREVENTING AND TREATING SUBSTANCE FOR THROMBOSIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance binding to t-PA and useful for thrombosis prevention and thrombosis treatment.

SOLUTION: Adenine nucleotide translocase-1 (ANT-1) transporting ATP and ADP in mitochondria of human vascular endothelial cell can specifically bind with t-PA to increase t-PA activity. A genetically modified ANT-1 is expressed by cloning cDNA of ANT-1 and constructing an expression vector of ANT-1. Accordingly, there is provided a new t-PA binding substance to increase t-PA activity in the vascular endothelial cell having ANT-1 expressed on a cell surface.
