PIEZOELECTRIC PUMP WITH BUILT-IN DRIVE CIRCUIT, AND DRIVE CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric pump with a built-in drive circuit reducing noise when the pump is driven and maintaining the circuit size of the drive circuit appropriately stored inside of a housing.

SOLUTION: A digital signal producing section 520 produces a sinusoidal digital signal c which is a micro rectangular wave aggregate and divided along a time axis direction, from a DC low voltage signal a. A[Hz] represents the frequency of the sinusoidal digital signal c, and B represents a division number per one period along the time axis direction of the sinusoidal digital signal c. In this case, the digital signal producing section divides the sinusoidal digital signal c along the time axis direction by the division number with a stepped period C[sec] regulated by 1/(A×B) set to 50 or below.
