<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which creates a visible image, and an article inspecting system which inspects articles at a high speed with sufficient accuracy in synchronism with the image formation device. <P>SOLUTION: Articles can be inspected at a high speed with sufficient accuracy even in case of lightweight image data by performing comparison with a visible image which is created actually from image data created with an image formation device using feature information and region attribute information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
