PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling a rotation speed of a toilet seat sheet or a toilet seat cover through a real time position sensing and a controlling method thereof are provided to accurately control the rotation speed of the toilet seat sheet or the toilet seat cover by grasping the location of the toilet seat sheet or the toilet seat cover in a real time. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a rotation speed of a toilet seat sheet or a toilet seat cover comprises the following steps: a step(S100) rotating a toilet seat sheet or a toilet seat cover by driving an electric damper; a step(S200) sensing a rotating angle of the toilet seat sheet or the toilet seat cover; a step computing a fixed location corresponding to a signal of the rotating angle; and a step controlling the drive of a motor to rotate the toilet seat sheet or the toilet seat cover in a fixed rotation speed. |
