PURPOSE: A laser medical appliance is provided to prevent hair loss by activating hair follicle through the irradiation of laser of low wavelength and to promote the activation of hair by irradiating far infrared radiation along with a low output laser. CONSTITUTION: A laser medical appliance comprises: a case; a low output laser which is included inside the case; and an illuminating unit(200) irradiating a low wavelength light ray. The case includes: a power switch of the laser medical appliance; an upper case(110) equipped with a selective switch; and a lower case(120) in which a plurality of through-holes are included and a window frame is combined.
