<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling member capable of performing such work of coupling members to each other without burden as to couple a fan device to a device body, by realizing coupling work using one member instead of using a small part easy to become missing to thereby enable man-hours to be reduced as well as making the member hard to become missing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The coupling member includes: a frame-shaped member 11 which is allowed to intervene between a housing member 210 of the device body and a frontal member 101 of the fan device; and engaging protrusions 12, 22 protrudingly provided on both sides of four corners of the frame-shaped member on both sides of which the frontal member and the housing member are opposed to each other. The engaging protrusion 12 is inserted from its apical end 13 into a through-hole 101h made in the frontal member to allow its intermediate portion 14 to engage with the frontal member and at the same time the engaging protrusion 22 is inserted from its apical end 23 into a through-hole 210h made in the housing member to allow its intermediate portion 24 to engage with the housing member.
