The block (1) has rectangle shaped longitudinal sidewalls (2) arranged in parallel and reunited by transversal sidewalls (3), where the block is made of insulating plastic material i.e. extruded polyurethane. The transversal sidewalls are arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal sidewalls, where assembling of the block manages inner spaces (4) for filling concrete during construction of a wall. A free edge of the transversal sidewalls includes a recess for reception of a reinforcement rod (10) made of iron or steel. An independent claim is also included for a wall construction element comprising a lintel element formed of a U-shaped piece having same height of a formwork block.
