PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone separator type oil separator device for preventing oil from being collected on an upper face of a lower wall of a gas flow-in chamber forming part better and more easily than a conventional device. SOLUTION: In this cyclone separator type oil separator device, the upper face of the lower wall 31 of the gas flow-in chamber forming part 30 is an inclined face 31a being inclined downward onto a gas discharge part 24 side. For this reason, when oil particles being not fully separated by a cyclone separator 20 are liquefied on the upper face of the lower wall 31 of the gas flow-in chamber forming part 30, oil passes through a gas discharge part 24 and drops into an oil discharge part 24 in the cyclone separator 20. As a result, it is possible to prevent the oil from being collected on the upper face of the lower wall 31 of the gas flow-in chamber forming part 30 better and more easily than the (conventional) case where the upper face of the lower wall of the gas flow-in chamber forming part is a horizontal face.
