PURPOSE: An electrical connecting apparatus is provided to connect a needle portion of the first contactor with a conductive plate, thereby reducing dimensions of an outside electrical effective path of the first contactor. CONSTITUTION: A sheet-shaped electric insulating plate(32) is arranged within a housing(30). An electric insulating material-made elastic plate(34) is overlapped with the electric insulating plate. A sheet-shaped conductive plate(36) is overlapped with the housing and the elastic plate. A plurality of contactors corresponds to an electrode unit of a body to be tested and a conductive part of a substrate one to one.
