PURPOSE: A tire rim flange rubber composition is provided to lower viscosity by improving dispersibility of silica, to prevent scorch caused by heat generation in an extrusion process, and to ensure scorch stability and processability. CONSTITUTION: A tire rim flange rubber composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a base rubber, 10~50 parts by weight of silica, 1~5 parts by weight of a silica dispersion aid consisting of hydrocarbon, zinc soap and filler; and 10~80 parts by weight of at least one reinforcing filler selected from the group consisting of carbon black, syndiotactic-1,2-polybutadiene, plate-like graphite.
