<p>Disclosed is a compound which has an inhibitory activity on the production of amyloid-ß and is therefore useful as a therapeutic agent for diseases induced by the production, secretion and/or deposition of amyloid-ß protein. Specifically disclosed is a compound represented by formula (I) [wherein A represents a carbocyclic diyl which may have a substituent, or a heterocyclic diyl which may have a substituent; B represents a carbocyclic group which may have a substituent, or a heterocyclic group which may have a substituent; R1 represents a lower alkyl which may have a substituent, or the like; R2 represents a hydrogen, or the like; and R3a and R3b independently represent a hydrogen, or the like, provided that a compound represented by formula (2) is excluded], a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound, or a solvate of the compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt.</p> |
