PURPOSE: A furnace for salt bath and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the leakage of salt which are filed in a hollow part by installing a castable between a steel mold frame and a firebrick and filling a gap between electrodes with the castable. CONSTITUTION: A furnace for salt bath comprises a steel mold frame(8), a small square insulating firebrick(1), a first castable(2), a small square firebrick(3), a trapezoid firebrick(4), an electrode(6), and a second castable(7). The small square insulating firebrick is installed in the inner side of the steel mold frame. The first castable is filled in the inner side of the small square insulating firebrick. The trapezoid firebrick is installed on the inner side of the small square firebrick. The electrode is installed in a hollow part. |
