The generator (1) has a heat conduction insert (8) placed inside a tranquillization and filtration chamber (T). The insert has a physical contact zone placed in contact with an internal tube (3)and another physical contact zone (82) placed in contact with external tube (2) for ensuring heat transfer between the tubes by conduction. A gas passage orifice between parts of the chamber is separated by the insert. The insert is made of thermally conducting material with sufficient mechanical strength, so that the insert is not plastically deformed before self-initiation of the generator. The material is a metal or plastic reinforced with ZAMAC(RTM: zinc/aluminum/magnesium alloy).
