<p>A method of operating a network infrastructure entity (100) in which a mobile communication device (102) is capable of handover from a first wireless communication network (107) to a second wireless communication network (112) is described. System information of the second wireless communication network (112) is broadcast, over a control channel of the first wireless communication network (107), to a plurality of mobile stations (102) communicating with the first wireless communication network. The system information includes a system time of the second wireless communication network (112) measured at a predefined time point of a frame structure of the first wireless communication network (107) and at a transmitter of the first wireless communication network (107).
